Big Art`s BBQ in Cincinnati

Sadly, this FANTASTIC BBQ joint is now closed permanently. We lost a local gem. 😭

Waited an hour and fifteen minutes and still no food. Even though we were first, everyone around us got their food and we waited. No management to speak of and the server was clueless. Food is not bad but not worth the wait. If you have all night go for it.

I constantly stop purchasing some food in here. I enjoyed the efficient customer service and well made dishes. Keep up the good work.

Good food. Very hard to place an order over the phone. Now they seem to close whenever they feel like even if its normally a time they would be open. Sadly not what they used to be.

The meals and service were above our expectations. We truly loved the ambience of this spot. Wonderful restaurant to take the family out for dinner.

Fantastic food, kind employees, regularly excellent mood. They charge convenient rates and the food quality is good. Highly recommended.

This is their potato skins with pulled pork. This was a meal in itself. Steamed mushrooms were good too. Their homemade rolls were absolutely yummy. Pulling in I was skeptical. The smell from outside made me not care what the place looked like. Ribs were meaty and worth the wait. Only four stars because waitress seemed distracted.

This restaurant is obviously one of the tastiest restaurants in the area. Every time I come there I am profoundly pleased. They keep their very high level service and the topmost level of dishes they provide. You are always happy with this restaurant. Very recommended.

Never quite understood why they haven't expanded their dining area but the food is always top notch never had bad service get there before 6 pm.

This spot is worth a visit. They serve big portions for reasonable prices. Constantly well kept and with great atmosphere. Will come back again.

This place offers wonderful service and enjoyable meals. The best restaurant ever. The meals arrived rapidly and the rates are reasonable. I recommend this place.

Servers have rude attitudes, mess up the food, and the honest truth is the barbecue isn't that good. The burger was great, and the prices are okay, but everything else? I'd skip it. The baked beans come from a can, the sauce is straight sugar, and the wait times aren't worth it

So....you pull up to the place and think...what a dive....but WHAT A DIVE!!! Every once in a while you come across the really divey dive...this is it!! Dives usually have the best service, best food and friendly regulars. This place has all 3!! Ribs were fantastic...hot wings, make ya sweat....and potato skins to die for!!! Did I mention the garlic rolls??? Keep it up!! My favorite NEW dive!!

Not had a bad meal at Big Art'sHidden Gem.Worth the wait.

We stopped in for a birthday and I wasn't sure what to think coming in here, but the food speaks for itself! WOW! The best barbeque and just about anything you can think of with cajun or mesquite smoky flavors. The ribs falls off the bone, the chicken is phenomenal, the meatloaf is EXCELLENT! (Don't let the waitress talk you out of the Rib and Meatloaf combo.... it's delicious)!

When you call, no one picks up the phone. If they do, they keep you on hold for 5 minutes. The ribs use to be great, now their burnt or dried out. What has happened to this restaurant?

Don't be fooled by the appearance of the restaurant, it's in a gas station lot and don't look like much but it's food is really really good 👌. We are here at least 3 time's a month. They have the best smoked BBQ in the entire greater Cincinnati area!!! Much better than Montgomery Inn.

Awesome and delicious food, I loved the vibes this spot has, and the cashiers were kind. I will surely visit here again.

Get the ribs. I don't know what they are marinading their ribs in, but the flavor is fantastic. The wife and I shared a mixed plate of the chicken and ribs while I was there. The chicken was good, but the ribs have me planning another trip back.

Big Art's is no longer a sit down restaurant. Would be nice to know!

Excellent barbeque and good service at an affordable price

Food is absolutely incredible...and the desserts are to dream over.Fairly clean and mostly friendly...and a local favorite. This talented group can really serve it up.Dine in? I've always taken out, so I can't say...though their seating area is very limited. Parking is a bit tight too. They have enty of spaces but at peak hours you'll find them full.A favorite and top of the heap for barbecued anything.

Fantastic food! Good portions. Home style foods and service. If you leave hungry it's your fault. 👍👍
